1. Main Structure and Principle:

DBN-I disc centrifugal are mainly made up of inlet and outlet units, Basket, Vertical shaft system, Water feeder mechanism, Belt drive mechanism or Gear drive mechanism, Frame and Motor.

The material be separated by theory of different density for liquid and solid phase have different centrifugal effect after entering into disc group in the basket. Liquid phase after separated export from the liquid phase outlet. Solid phase impurity accumulated on the inner surface of basket, it was then discharged out of the machine by water operating the discharging movements without stopping operation.

2. Main Application and Feature:

DBN-I disc centrifugal are mainly used for separating and clarifying the mechanical impurities in the suspended solutions, in order to get liquid phase including very few impurity. The impurities be discharged out of the machine through outside operation automatically. This model is suitable for treating solid-liquid admixtures with solid content less than 2% and grain size ranging from 0.5 to 50 micron; DBN-I model is applicable for dairy clarification processing or the similar material clarifying. The outlet of liquid phase adopt the structure of centripetal pump,the discharged liquid phase be able to flow to the downstream equipments directly. All wet parts made of stainless steel, reach to the sanitation requirement of food industry. It belong to solid-liquid two phase separation centrifuge.

The belt drive mechanism will be adopted when the diameter of basket exceed 400mm, for getting more stable performance.

This model be able to discharge the residue automatically without stop feeding, be very suitable to operatate in the continual production line.Full automatical discharging can be achieved through automatic control cabinet and automatic control valve units.
