FA017 Reciprocating Bale Plucker

1. Application

The machine is the carriage reciprocating type automatic bale plucker, applicable to raw cotton of  various grades and man-made fibers below 76mm. This machine is also the first process of the combined opening and scotching machine or the blow-carding unit. And its intermittent dropping plucking beater can reciprocate with the revolving tower and the carriage, pluck bales in sequence, and then convey materials to the next machine through transport fan and pipes.

2. The main features

Adopt PLC control and multi-motor transmission with inverters (7motors) for the whole machine. According to technology requirements, the machine can be adjusted freely within certain range, and can be tested automatically to realize complete automatic plucking.

Bales can be placed on both sides. The machine can pluck less than 3groups of bales with different height and density. The pluck arm can revolve 180° automatically or manually, thus to meet the requirement of varieties for one unit two lines.Adopt double-saw beaters to meet the requirement of complete, even and fine plucking.
