1. Main Structure and Principle

DBZ disc centrifugal are mainly made up of inlet and outlet units, Basket, Vertical shaft system, Water feeder mechanism, Belt drive mechanism or Gear drive mechanism, Frame and Motor.

The material be separated by theory of different density for liquid-liquid-solid have different centrifugal effect after entering into disc group in the basket. Light liquid phase after separated export from the light liquid phase outlet, weight liquid phase after separated export from the weight liquid phase outlet, solid phase impurity accumulated on the inner surface of basket, it was then discharged out of the machine by water operating the discharging movements without stopping operation.

2. Main Application and Feature:

DBZ disc type centrifuge are primarily used for separating the suspended liquid-liquid admixtures with the different specific gravity, at the same time removing the few content of mechanical residue; The residue be discharged automatically through outside operation. This model is suitable for treating liquid-liquid admixtures with the difference on specific gravity more than 0.02g/cm3, solid content less than 1% and grain size ranging from 0.5 to 50 micron; DBZ model is applicable for 

, sop-dropping, dewatering in refine system of animal/plant oil industry.It belong to liquid-liquid-solid three phase separation centrifuge.

The machine is provided with high separator factor and big capacity, all wet parts made of stainless steel, reach to the sanitation requirement of food industry. The belt drive mechanism will be adopted when the diameter of basket exceed 400mm, for getting more stable performance.

This model be able to discharge the residue automatically without stop feeding, be very suitable to operatate in the continual production line.Full automatical discharging can be achieved through automatic control cabinet and automatic control valve units.
