J series metering pumps, a kind of general-purpose mechanical equipment, can deliver corrosive liquids without solid particles at temperatures between -30 and 100 and viscosities 0.3-800mm²/s according to the process flow. The metering error is within 1%. The pumps with same or different performance parameter can be combined so as to transfer multimedia in proportion.

The metering pumps with specific functions such as electrical control, pneumatic control, double-adjusting, hi-temperature, hi-viscosity fluid gas and suspension can be produced according to users requirements.

The pumps are widely used for petrochemical industry, medicine, food, thermal power station, environmental protection, mine and national defence.

2. Construction:

J series pumps are horizontal single action controlled volume pumps and have eight kinds of transmission cases which are J, -W, JX, JZ, JD, J2, J5, J6 and J70. The liquid end is divided into two kinds: plunger type and diaphragm type.

JX transmission case accepts a connection board cam mechanism which converts the rotating motion of motor into the reciprocating motion of plunger via the worm gear, cam and crosshead and the others accept the N shaft mechanism which converts the rotation motion of motor into the reciprocating motion of plunger via the worm gear, lower sleeve, N-shaft eccentric block, connecting rod and crosshead to realize the suction and discharge of liquid.

The leakage of working medium can be avoided as the plunger is parted from the handled medium by the diaphragm. In order to prevent the system pipes from being polluted after the diaphragm ruptures, the alarm for diaphragm rupture is designed to alarm and make the pump shut down when the diaphragm ruptures. The pump returns to normal after the diaphragm is replaced.

The capacity can be infinitely adjusted from 0 to 100%(maximum) by regulating the stroke length or the pump speed while pump is running or stopped. After being fitted with the electric or pneumatic control device, automatic and remote operation of the pump can be realized.

The metering pump is designed and manufactured according to Chinese National Standard equal to the international standards and American Petroleum Institute API675. It is a fluid transfer device by which the flow can be exactly adjusted and is superior to other pumps in performances.
