Process Flow
The pressure of Ambient air passing through air screw compressor is increased to 0.75Mpa, then the gas is dehydrated through a cooling & drying machine, dedusted and de-oiled through a 4-class filter. Then the gas enters an air buffer tank, and the gas is introduced into two alternately circular adsorption towers where separation of nitrogen and oxygen is achieved. nitrogen -rich gas is deflated through dissipative muffler and the Oxygen gas comes into Oxygen gas buffer tank.
The index for the Oxygen gas in the outlet buffer tank is: Flux 5Nm3/h, purity 93%,pressure 0.4Mpa, dew point temperature less than -50
