Gas Separation Device with Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA-N2)

Process Flow:
The pressure of Ambient air passing through air screw compressor is increased to 0.75Mpa, then the gas is dehydrated through a cooling & drying machine, dedusted and de-oiled through a 4-class filter. Then the gas enters an air buffer tank and the gas is introduced into two alternately circular adsorption towers where separation of nitrogen and oxygen is achieved. Oxygen -rich gas is deflated through dissipative muffler and the nitrogen gas comes into Oxygen gas buffer tank.
The index for the nitrogen gas in the outlet buffer tank is: Flux 40Nm3/h, purity 99.995%,pressure 0.4Mpa, dew point temperature less than -40
