1. Introduction:

E-glass Spray up Roving is specially designed to achieve excellent performance for spray up molding of fiberglass reinforced thermoset plastic products.

2. Product features:

Good compatibility with resin;

Good dispersion and flat lay-down;

Good wet-out and Low static;

Easy roll-out and air release;

Excellent mechanical properties.

3. Application:

It is a high-performance reinforcement and widely used in such as boat shells, tub-shower units, storage tanks, pipes, automotive parts and cooling tower & HOBAS, etc.

4. Specifications:

Special products are according to customers requirements.

5. Packing and Storage:

Each roll is protected by a plastic bag, then covered by cardboard box or set on pallet, net weight of each roll is 17-20kg;

Pallet size is around 1100mmX1100mm, Pallet stack shall not be higher than 2 layer, and cardboard box shall not be higher than 4 layer;

Special package requirement is available on request.;

Products shall be placed under dryness condition; temperature is around 10-35; and shall not be open the package until using.
